Memo to President Obama::: About 4 months before elections, roll out a home-buyer assistance program where the government hands out $20,000 to any working class family that needs to buy their own home, as long as the monthly mortgage payment does not exceed what they presently pay for rent. (Hey, if they could subsidize General Motors, they could help the people out!) We're talkin' LANDSLIDE!
