Ophiuchus symbol
Are you having an identity crisis now since the Horoscope change?

If you're the one who are not yet going to accept the fact that Horoscope change, don't worry because you're not alone.

IMO, we should not really have our sign changed. If it's true that

“This is not something that happened today. This has gone on for thousands of years,”
“Because of this change of tilt, the Earth is really over here in effect and Sun is in a different constellation than it was 3,000 years ago.”

said astronomical Parke Kunkle that suggests that our Horoscope change which includes the 13th sign named Ophiuchus, it's still un-acceptable for me to have mine's change. Why? I will still base my horoscope reading according to the date of my birth and not the one what Kunkle's implying with his theory.

The idea may sound acceptable to general public but for me, it's still not applicable because we base our horoscope on the day we were born right.Since we're born before what Kunkle suggest therefore we're not really included in this Horoscope change.

Final say with Horoscope change that includes Ophiuchus? I'm not buying it! We can't just change our zodiac sign every time astrologer's suggests to. How bout when someone suggests  Cetus, the Whale, describing it as the '14th sign'? Will you buy it?

New Zodiac signs?

I'm a bit surprised today to learned from a fellow blogger that there's a new zodiac signs. Yay! For real? Well, that's what I've ask before I read the article.

Adding Ophiuchus’ as the New Zodiac sign, here are the new list of zodiac signs with corresponding dates:

Capricorn: Jan. 20 – Feb. 16
Aquarius: Feb. 16 – March 11
Pisces: March 11- April 18
Aries: April 18 – May 13
Taurus: May 13 – June 21
Gemini: June 21 – July 20
Cancer: July 20 – Aug. 10
Leo: Aug. 10 – Sept. 16
Virgo: Sept. 16 – Oct. 30
Libra: Oct. 30 – Nov. 23
Scorpio: Nov. 23 – Nov. 29
Ophiuchus: Nov. 29 – Dec. 17
Sagittarius: Dec. 17 – Jan. 20

Here's an explanation from Babble.com
The axis of the Earth changes as it wobbles, and thousands of years after the signs of the stars were first determined, they’re no longer aligned, mostly because the North Star is pointing in a different direction (or something super complicated like that, which is better left for people way smarter than myself to explain explain). We’re off a constellation, basically. And there’s one called Ophiuchus that has been around for eons and is finally getting its due.
