When I posted Megan Fox Vs. Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Who's Your Choice?, I realized I don't have an entry as to why Megan Fox dropped from Transformer 3.
Now, you wanna know the reason? First is, Michael Bay think she's not hot as she was in first release of Transformer.
Second, it's because Megan Fox turned into Decepticons. Third, when Megan Fox admits she's bi-sexual which turns-off Shia LaBeouf and Michael Bay himself.
Sorry bout that, it's just my speculation :).

Megan Fox irked the Transformer Producer Steven Spielberg when she commented on director Michael Bay, saying he was like Adolf Hitler on the movie sets. In short, she just turned brat. Which we should not expect from Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. If there'll be another Transformer. (Light of the Sun) maybe?
Hollywood Gossip quotes the director as saying.
"She was in a different world, on her BlackBerry. You gotta stay focused. And you know, the Hitler thing. Steven said, 'Fire her right now',"
Shia LaBeouf shares his opinion: “Criticism is one thing. Then there's public name-calling, which turns into high school bashing, which you can't do,” he said. She started s***-talking our captain.”
