Obama: Could Have Been Another Jimmy Carter

If the raid in Pakistan had gone wrong, that is... (more way down, but first things first:)

People sometimes wonder why other people latch onto "conspiracy theories." There were a lot of such theories revolving around 9/11. Anybody remember the "cascading cellphone" explanation why the people aboard the airliners couldn't possibly have called their loved ones from the doomed flights? No?

9/11 TRUTH

I was presenting the "Dave Lucas Worldwide" radio show at night and working a sales and marketing job 8-2 each day. On that fateful September morning, I was on duty in my cubicle. DJ Kuttmasta Supreme was in the cube next to me. It was a little after 0900. He leaned over and said "hey, this lady on the phone said she had to go: a plane just hit the twin towers: she saw it out her office window." We both figured it was a small plane of some kind and carried on. Within about 5 minutes, word began coming in of what had really happened. We tried to go on Matt Drudge's website but the internet was "frozen" - actually overwhelmed with activity.

By 11am, the office was closed TFN and everybody was sent home.

So I'm home later, watching the 9/11 coverage on TV and thought "hey, why don't I pop in a videotape?" I did, and have some interesting stuff on that VHS, now locked away in a safe deposit box. I jumped around from channel to channel... there must be 4 hours of live TV on that tape!

(1) Dan Rather on CBS - he says something like "now we're going LIVE to President Bush" and the picture flips - you see Bush and a few others walking down a hallway - suddenly - the video goes backwards and for a split second there's a card on the screen that reads "Fox News" and it has times and code numbers on it - CAMERA BACK TO DAN RATHER - who has the old "deer in the headlights" look... (I am gonna have to go back and watch that tape in its entirety and make a few screenshots. Can't do that right now, but I will!)

(2) I taped a few minutesworth of an over-the-air TV station that had a reporter on standby in DALLAS TEXAS at the airport: for some reason it was expected a hijacked plane was going to crash there (none ever did).

(3) OSAMA BIN LADEN - late in the tape the presenters are talking about OBL, who had been brought up as perhaps being the architect of the day's tragic madness. They tell of how BIN LADEN PHONED THE BBC, TELLING THEM HE WAS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTACKS. (Maybe like the big bad wolf calling the little pigs to say he wasn't the guy trying to blow the doors down? - or- Was has REALLY not responsible?)

AND DO YOU REMEMBER THAT "FAKE OSAMA" VHS TAPE FOUND IN AFGHANISTAN? To me, the dude in the “Jalalabad video”looks more like the Maharishi Mahesh Yogi than like OBL!

Osama just missed being a guest on my radio show 2 years earlier! My producer had OBL's satellite phone number, but the night he would have been on was the night of my fateful 1999 car accident!

Enough of that. Let's get back to those CONSPIRACY THEORIES.

The daring raid last week that took out OBL could have been a Jimmy Carter-style disaster for President Obama.

It HAS turned out to be quite a mish-mash of misinformation: "Incapable of straightforward answers, Team Obama’s clarity-challenged civilians have led nauseated news-watchers through more twists and turns than San Francisco’s Lombard Street." ~ Michelle Malkin

Let me add "Take Twenty-One" -In an official White House photo we see an apparently horrified Hillary Clinton, her hand over her face.

Later we're told she has "allergies." That's why her hand was there. "Allergy, not anguish," said they.
